The menu ebbs and flows with the seasons, with national ingredients and local suppliers. The kitchen is almost entirely gluten-free.

Wednesday to Sunday, from three, the esplanade does what Lisbon esplanades do. A finger of fizz, a pint of prawns, a Dirty Vito if the day asks for one.

Eighteen seats inside, sixteen on the esplanade. Shut the doors, turn the music up. No hire fee, a minimum spend from €500.
